GET	/GetTimeZoneById/{License}/{ITimeZone}
GET	/gettimezonebyname/{License}/{TimeZoneName}
GET	/gettimezoneByISO3166/{License}/{TimeZoneIso3166}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json
