GET	/GetResellerOrdersRawByDate/{License}/{FromDate}/{ToDate}/{IParent}
GET	/GetOrdersRawDetails/{License}/{OrderId}/{getoderDetail}

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .csv suffix or ?format=csv
